Nocpix has released the NITE D70R, a digital day and night vision scope designed for medium to long-range work in both dense woodland and open terrain, priced from £899. The scope covers 5x to 40x magnification, handling everything from scanning to precision targeting. Unlike many digital scopes that use button controls, it features a traditional zoom lever that Nocpix says eliminates the abrupt jumps of step-zoom systems when tracking deer or fox.

The unit includes a 1,200-metre laser rangefinder and ballistic calculator. It offers 0.3 MOA click adjustments for zeroing and functions as both a day scope and night vision unit.

The 48mm eye relief and display design are intended for strain-free observation during extended hunts. The manufacturer says its 12-megapixel sensor delivers 50% sharper images than standard 4K and reduces blur when tracking moving prey.

Battery life is seven hours. The scope includes recoil-activated video recording and can transfer footage via Wi-Fi.
