Advice from SGA on valuation forms
As a result of the removal of the exemption from rates for shoots and deer forests some Scottish Gamekeepers Association (SGA) members have been receiving valuation forms to complete for assessors.
As a result of the removal of the exemption from rates for shoots and deer forests, brought about by changes to the Land Reform Act last year, some Scottish Gamekeepers Association (SGA) members have been receiving valuation forms to complete for assessors.
It has caused concern and confusion amongst members. The SGA has urged anyone seeking advice about completing the forms, or anyone wishing to discuss the forms, to contact them on 01738 587515 or email carol@scottishgamekeepers.co.uk
