It’s March, and professional deer manager Chris Rogers is hoping to catch up with a few roe does on the fields of the Euston Estate to complete his doe cull. Chris drives around several areas where he would usually expect to find roe deer, but the weather has other ideas.

As a storm approaches, winds of 40–45mph keep the deer tucked away in the shelter of hedgerows and woodland, while also preventing Chris from hearing Adam confirm that he is filming at the crucial moment — much to the frustration of both hunter and cameraman.

In the end, however, it all comes together, with Chris taking a young Chinese water deer buck.
