Euston’s first “Tiny Two”

In this deer management video, Chris Rogers goes about his day-to-day work culling deer on the Euston Estate in Suffolk. Hoping to catch up with a few roe deer in a particular area, he is surprised when two Chinese water deer step out from a thick hedge. He manages to take a fine buck — his first on the estate.

Chris then moves into the estate’s large woodland, where he eventually finds and takes a muntjac, completing the estate’s first “Tiny Two” — the name given to a brace of the UK’s two smallest deer species.
